The ESCRS’ digital needs exploded in the run up to the pandemic with 11 websites and tools being launched independently. Unfortunately housing these separately lead to a disorientating user experience alongside a number of compliance concerns from site administrators.
As a creative team we worked with the client to define what success would look like for their digital offering and worked with them to achieve this by creating one seamless experience. The main website would be able to take current and prospective members anywhere from learning about the society’s history to membership registration and renewal as well as direct users to industry specific tools. At the same time it was integral that it help administrators complete and manage compliance and GDPR tasks in less time.
We were able to create a product that spoke to the members of the society and their needs whilst enabling key stakeholders to realise the society’s digital potential. The new tone of voice engaged prospective members with direct and witty language whilst the new layout and graphic treatment enabled users to find their way around more efficiently and completed the fully branded experience we set out to achieve.
