The Story

The owner of UFY Treatment wanted to hit the ground running when establishing her wellbeing business and met with me to discuss creating a logo. After a short series of meetings where we discussed her needs and concerns about the business we came to the conclusion that whilst a logo was needed, knowing how this brand behaved visually and was interpreted by the customer was just as integral to its success.

We began by looking at the different touch points that customers would interact with, looking at social media, packaging for products and business collateral such as flyers and business cards. We identified how the business could visually represent the values the owner wanted to portray for example using a warm, welcoming colour palette and illustrations of ingredients on packaging to make it clear what is inside.

The final task was to make the brand assets easy to manage for the business as they would initially only have one employee, this involved setting up a number of templates for social media as well as a clear set of guidelines that could be referred back to at any time.
